my main problem with both of the movies is Chalamet. He is just too stiff and bored to be a messiah.

Ok part 1 was also kinda boring. I saw it on Imax and fell asleep.

Part 2 was better!

The character is going through unfathomable psychic and emotional turmoil which he doesn't want to show to those around him for fear of consequences. Timmy does a great job portraying him

Veggie's girl has a crush on Timmy. It's the only explanation.

Saw this on the ol’ IMAX and loved it. I really loved the first one, and this one I loved even more.

Austin Butler might have been the standout for me, but I thought everyone was great. I love how he just went for it. That final fight scene (and everything at the end) was incredible.

First impression is that it did feel a little rushed at times, but I want to watch it again before I sign off on whether that’s a negative or not. It definitely felt like a Part 2 of 3. Great ending to the movie, but it doesn’t feel like a satisfying ending to the whole story. So I hope they make a third one, which I’m sure they will with all the money it’s making. The only thing I know about the third book is that
Spoiler: show
Timothée shits out a worm baby(?)

They're working on writing the third one now, based on Dune Messiah

No, I'm pretty sure that's correct.

Would you own a pet sand worm if given the choice. Yes or no?

Also yes, probably. I would name him Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
