Did you use AI to feel those feelings?

It's a combination of factors. I have a physical disability that causes social anxiety and physical pain which can make me feel pretty bad.

I'm also struggling a little financially at the moment, despite making a lot of positive changes recently, which is frustrating.

I quit smoking cigarettes and pot about a month ago as well, which I'm happy about, but it's been fucking with my head a bit.

Overall I'm on a good path (I'm exercising and eating better - as well as taking better care of my finances) and I just need to be more patient with myself, but patience has never been my strong suit.
It's just going to take time. You are making the positive changes that you need to, but the effects aren't always instant. I have problems with patience, too, so I feel you.

You just need a few positive outcomes and that will keep you going down the right path. Keep posting to the poop and weight loss threads. That will help.

The Sound, for example -- a great band that no one seems to give a shit about, except for him. He occasionally drops hints that his finger is still on that pulse, but he cares not who he influences. He just does. Because he's cool like that.

If everyone was cool like Tommy, the world would be a lot less shitty.
Thank you my friend. This means a lot.

I feel that. Moving yourself in the direction you need to be in order to get better takes a lot of effort, but then on top of that you have to wait for time to do its thing. It's a stupid system! Good luck

Thanks. Just typing it all out actually made me feel quite a bit better (also listening to the new Doughboys episode)

Thanks Coach. I forgot to weigh in this morning, but I'm feeling good (despite a few rough poops this morning - thank God for wet wipes)

yeah, sometimes it's very effective to just identify and really feel your feelings; they can just sort of dissipate after

Maybe you'd feel better if you got a bidet

The weather improving has had a bigger impact on my mood than ever this year. I should really live somewhere without winter.

Kind of like socialism? Good idea, but in practice it can be quite messy?

I had a tough weigh-in, must have absorbed some extra water weight.

It really makes sense. If I got shit on my arm I wouldn't feel good about just smearing it off with toilet paper.

I've never used one, but if it is effective I'd love it.

It's not messy at all. I have a bidet and it's great. They're very common here.

Just something about the idea of splashing poop water all over the place's unappealing to me. Do you dry with a towel or something after? Then immediately wash the towel? You wouldn't want to reuse it or have it lying around, right? Also the sensual aspect is another deterrent for me.

I always assumed you would dry with toilet paper.

TP isn't typically made for water absorption
