Sleight of Hand, Rival, Nothing as it Seems are my favs. Never heard a better (live) version of Sleight of Hand than what's on the record, but still searching...
i usually enjoy live versions to studio versions, but SoH seems like it benefits from the studio tricks they use. its got a space to it that sounds hard to replicate live. although im sure they have done good live versions. poland 2000 maybe?
Yep. Listening to Katowice 2 now...what a cool show, opening with: Release > Of The Girl > Sleight Of Hand > Thin Air > Insignificance.
Wow, really nice opening set.

Great idea for an album that just didnt deliver!!!

Poor track listing.

Insignifigance Grievance Light Years NAIS Rival Thin Air Of The Girl are highlights for me.

Needed original tracklisting.

Half the album is a highlight yet it didn't deliver?

Not only my fav Pearl Jam record but one of my fav albums in music.

Not one song i don't like.

Insignificance is my number 1 fav Pearl Jam tune. Live in 2000,2003 was the best performances of this tune no doubt. Vancouver 2013 was as respectable as I've heard in 4 years.

I just clicked on this thread to see if there was some kind of decent conversation going on that I could get involved with. Then I was instantly reminded that I was reading Red Mosbeardo.

As a full album no it didn't.

When half an album is good guess what the other half is ??

This album could of been and should of been alot better IMHO

Everything recorded for this album was excellent with the exception of "Sweet Lew" and it could have had any tracklisting and it would have been an excellent album. I'm glad they picked some of the more experimental songs because it weeds out the pussies.

Not me. I feel it's PJ's great lost opportunity. A few tweaks here and there, and this album is right up there with No Code as my favorite. As it is though, I think it's good, but a missed opportunity. Seriously, Fatal and In The Moonlight should have made this album. I think the band is more pussy for backing out of the original tracklist.

All I know is every time I listen to a retracked Binaural, or the original tracklisting, it doesn't make me love it any more than the official release, which I inevitably go back to.

The Binaural retracking debate is one of the most overrated Pearl Jam topics
