I was thinking about Dark Lord while standing in line forever at NEBCo today, that
day must be one helluva time.

It's fun to be sure, but it's also a lot of standing in line waiting to get your allotment. The people-watching is insane though.

Firestone Walker's Velvet Merkin is out in your area. Go find some NOW!
Firestone is opening a tap room that is bike riding distance from my place
that show last night was pretty good btw, next week they head up to San Fran so I'm sure Pliny's going to get some love
Just caught the first episode. I didn't realize that the founder of Stone was the lead singer for Band of Horses.

If liqueur stores only sold fat tire and guiness, i could remain content but shocktop midnight ale, killians irish red and newcastle are all welcome in my fridge.

I had that on tap a couple of days ago. Tasty but I'd rather just have a Breakfast Stout or an Ole' Rasputin. Something about the Ommegang yeast threw it out of whack for me. I'm curious to see what someone else thinks of that one. I loved the GOT blonde ale (forget the name).

It's the rare occasion where as long as it's not undrinkable (glances in the direction of my bottle of faithfull ale) the label is really what i was buying.

You don't like overpriced, watered-down Old Milwaukee?

Does Dogfish still sell "Faithful Ale" or the Robert Johnson inspired "Hellhound on my Ale" or was that a limited time deal? I never got to try any of it.
