how bout the fact that he says he turned to these "products" (note he never once mentiones PEDs / HGH (which might be because of legal issues but either way he glossies over the terms)) for a short period of time...

well its been documented he first shows up on the records for the Bio-lab in July, he got nabbed in October? thats 3 months later... 12 weeks... Thats not a short period of time Ryan, thats half the bloody season...

I just googled calf strain recovery time...

a grade 1 - 7-10 days
grade 2 - 4-6 weeks
grade 3 - 3 months (which is what his "short period of time" was)

if he took the juice to get over a grade 1? palease... miss a week and rehab like everyone else... if it was a grade 1 that you took a short cut on? well then you were most likely doing it long before this as a grade 1 is pretty easy to recover from or a fucking moron, not to mention, youd have been recovered within a week or so, and not still been using the "products" come October. Judging from your "busted" levels... you were definitely still using.

a grade 2? 4 to 6 weeks? if his calf strain was that bad, when it was first diagnosed he would have been DL'd period, end of story, sure then he might have used something to come back faster... he missed all of 12 games for the entire season? if had a grade 2 / instantly rubbed on the magic cream and stayed in the lineup? the Brewers training staff either new what was going on, or they are fucking morons.

Wins are just like the triple crown. They're outstanding accomplishments and they should be celebrated. I don't think even sabermetric people would dispute that. They just don't mean what a lot of people think they mean.
