If she were a cop, she could have claimed that the car was backing into her or some such. Luckily, as she is not a cop, so she will be charged with her obviously reckless behavior. Its as if we have two sets of rules for different classes of citizens or something.

The thing is, if you have a legal right to own and use a 30 round clip on your assault rifle, the thing is, man, the deer don't shoot back.



However, if owning a gun is banned, there will be an agency, with the authority to take guns away from anyone. The idea is to create a society where the gov't is afraid of the people, not vice-versa.


This institution, with the power to take guns away, will cement the authority of the gov't over the people. That is not acceptable, and shouldn't be, to anyone. I dont' even own a gun, yet I support absolutely an individual's right to bear it,.
