the wife picked up a pork knuckle from aldi - just rub it with oil and salt and roast for an hour or so. turned out great, served it with mashed taters and some beets.

the wife stopped at a fancy grocer along her walking commute from the train and picked up a premade risotto. it had mint in it, which was weird.

Not today dude i've been a bum was hoping to go for a long run but didn't get much sleep last night and crashed hard this afternoon so thinking about going to the gym tomorrow to lift then run afterward definitely need to run if nothing else
