It's a good point you have there. But at least there's some intrigue there. I don't know what pearl jam is other than probably sperm. But 'Lightning Bolt' sounds like a superhero name invented by a 6 year old. In fact I think my stepkid called one of his creations Lightning Bolt once.

I've been read the riot act many times. I'm well aware what it means, and that record was neither of those meanings.

That would look good with 'BOLT' but terrible with Lightning Bolt.

they named something mind your manners and we get a dinner plate with a gun & cross on it. aren't you interested in where they could go w/ lightening (which is fun to watch) and bolts (which hold things together)???!!!

If it really is called what the new rumor is saying it's called I might just laugh every time I think of the album. It's just the association with that crazy fantasy nerds in the woods video that I'll never be able to not think of.

I can't tell my friends, or my dad, that the new Pearl Jam album is called 'Lightning Bolt'.

This is beyond BS. Ever heard of "Ten"? It's just named after the jersey of a basketball player. Yeah that's really well thought out...... oh yeah and all those self titled albums from bands like the beatles, led zeppelin, etc ... they just couldn't even think of a title so they just left it as is .....
