International trailer with some chinese kid giving an introduction (similar to the disney channel spots). There's a lot of new footage in this trailer (like maybe 15 seconds worth, so lots is relative). No new plot points, some dialogue, but some set up for scenes that we don't know are coming, and one or two moments that I kind of wish I saw for the first time in the theater. Looks amazing, though. I've probably said this at some point in this thread but it seems like the effects have really caught up to my imagination. It has the tactile feel of the original, but sharpened and clarified and expanded to an amazing degree. Watch at your own risk
actually getting to see Han flying the falcon was my favorite appearance of him thus far. It was the first time he felt less like an old man playing Han solo, and looked instead like an old han solo
I wish we didn't get the follow up of that shot of the falcon flying through the tree line--that's the moment I would have liked to see in theaters for the first time

And the fact that BB-8 was actually built is amazing. that thing is amazing. It feels like such a person.

Maybe we know different people, but...

Embrace diversity, LV, for as long as the Supreme Court allows it.

I guess BB-8 is mostly white, so he's probably okay.

agree completely. previous to this, there was certainly a bit of "this guy is probably too old for this" feel (which was a major problem for me in crystal skull, though not the only major problem of course) to some of the brief clips that we've seen of him, but when he says "c'mon baby, don't let me down", that's old han solo, as you said.

Good morning strat. Watch this trailer.

I really enjoyed seeing Han in action. And I love watching Adam Driver approach and start swinging his saber at Finn. He's going to be a great villain i believe.

I think that was the first time we've actually seen their lightsabers connect. I'm really looking forward to that fight. The fearful determination on Finn's face is excellent

p.s. that leaked 2 minutes is fake. Funny though.
