as a Brewers fan, who has watched endless Brewers teams, strike out A LOT, not make a lot of contact, and then make aggressive bone headed base running mistakes that run them out of games... yeah, The Royals are fun to watch.

Hopefully with the Giants and Royals winning these W.S. baseball will shift away from the long ball and more towards this style of game.

I feel like you could make about any team look "lucky" to get where they are. Of course it takes a certain amount of luck to win a championship, but this team won 95 regular season games. They were really good and made timely hits.

Oh, absolutely. I didn't mean to say that the Royals don't deserve to win. Hell yes they do. Last year, Madison Bumgarner deserved to win the series more than KCR did, but KCR was a better team than the Giants, if that makes any sense (it doesn't). One Blue Jays or Mets error in an inning does not a five-run rally make. This team has been a hell of a lot of fun to watch.

how much more anecdotal evidence do teams need to realize that dusty baker is a terrible, terrible manager?

if they wanted to go the minority route, there are many better options from which to choose.

on the gm front, i still can't believe that jason mcleod doesn't get more looks. he's young, smart, successful, knows player personnel inside and out, and is minority.

They wanted to go the only pay around a million per year route.

My really good friends were on TV during the final game of the World Series and a website made them into a gif.

Alex Anthopoulos is definitely going to get a President's role and a ton of money some time within the next year or so.

Yeah, I don't see the problem with hiring Dusty Baker. I don't see any major missteps on his record. And I remember the Reds over-performing under him, for a couple years at least. What am I missing?
