Perhaps out of context makes it worse. The artwork would be very important here if it is indeed Lightning Bolt.

I should've known that if they don't fuck up the song they'll fuck up the title.

For me the titles and the artwork are all part of the package. It's not a deal-breaker but I have trouble with the idea that anyone would think that title was anything other than lame.

No, I'm fine Exaggeration for effect and I'm also getting nervous as the time is drawing near. Everything looks fairly positive so far except for that album title. Let's hope it's not that at all.

And none of it matters, brilliant or terrible, cos its just about the music really.

Though some super cool artwork would be a bonus.

I don't think it's just about the music. There's no point in making artwork and giving titles to anything if it's fine to make it all rubbish. If the music was all that mattered, nobody would make albums in a package. I don't put books in my bookshelf unless they have front and back covers. Otherwise they're just manuscripts.

'Tides' is light years better than 'Lightning Bolt'. Every time anyone says 'Look at it this way, they could've called it...' I'm going to say yeah, which wouldn't have been nearly as bad as 'Lightning Bolt'.

'No Bolt' sounds OK other than the fact it mirrors 'No Code' and that better be deliberate or it's going to sound like a mistake.

Dynamo would even be a better album name.
