It's always fun to be around for the album build up. I was here for the Backspacer build, cellphone leaks from the Target commercial, to the Infallible soundcheck and the guy humming the melody to the Getaway after hearing it at the listening party.

My first PJ concert was the Greek Theatre in Berkeley in 1993. I was 17, and would end up going to Cal for my first stint of college. Now I have an 11 yr old son and a 9 yr old daughter. They are both fans and they have both been to shows. I love what this group of guys has added to my life. Cheers, everyone!

I have been on board since early Fall 1992. First show was 1996 (Randall's Island 1). Found the message boards around 2000

Well…here we go. I’m expecting they will have taken various melodies, licks etc and altered them enough to sound new but not enough to not make them feel familiar. At this point in the game I am ok with that. We are so lucky to have these guys. So many of my musical “heroes” have passed on, most before there time. It’s fun to joke about these guys not having the spark anymore. Of course they don’t. And I’m sure we as an aging fan base are missing some of the fire we had when we discovered this band. I’ll never feel that hearing PJ for the first time feeling ever again. It’s tied to a moment in time. Nothing they could do will top what they did, simply because of nostalgia. And yet I’m here. Awake. Waiting..watching the clock..it’s 10:46 o’clock..
