Yeah Jumanji is huge. Aside from that lots of generic blockbusters like San Andreas and family-friendly stuff like Jungle Cruise. Extremely bland filmography. Pain and Gain is probably his best movie

yeah Pain and Gain is good. He was awesome in The Other Guys.
Rampage
Skyscrapper
Empire State
Snitch
Central Intelligence

Central Intelligence was a pretty good buddy comedy if I remember correctly.

A lot of the movies he makes are high concept movies that would have probably been nearly as popular without him. He mostly got big by attaching himself to gimmicks. Not sure there has ever been a movie where he was the actual draw.

I mean, he's a massive draw. Don't you even watch wrestling (lol)? I thought you of all people would understand this. Weird take to be so confidently incorrect on.

Hobbs & Shaw is the definitive Rock movie...and it also has Statham! another guy who films so many movies nobody saw.
And its a spin off from a franchise another star started. Like Jumanji. Like Baywatch. Like that center of the earth movie!
Its pretty much a meta comment on his career.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

What if Jungle Boy starred in a remake of Jungle Fever?
