I cooked up 1.3lbs of ground beef the other night and nobody else in my house will eat it.

So I will finish that off somehow tonight. Burrito probably.

ground beef browned, then mix a can of cream of mushroom in it..pour into pyrex, layer some shredded cheese..lay tater tots on top and layer with more cheese..oven 350

we did this last night!

it was so good. We bought a box of pastured pork products to support a local farm. The taste was noticeably different from the usual grocery store pork we buy.

Same, we got the good stuff. Nice and thick. We used this recipe from Serious Eats, in which you cook 'em low and slow before doing a quick sear.
