I think they just suck at talking about stuff, all of em are super laid back. Dave Grohl is excited all the time, it'd be weird if he did just say 'yeah...im working on a few songs, probably work on a few more later', not these guys :lol:

It's hard for me to picture a time the guys in pearl jam (outside of performing) seemed excited about anything.
