I've done about 14 miles in the last week, mostly a mix of walking and short internals of running

We will be competing in one together in April. She’s had a crazy amount of just bad things going on in her personal life, so just finding time or energy has been difficult. I’m proud of her for just getting out there when she can.

I'm just trying to be a good Christian.

Christianity would be a better proposition if the Gospels had more running interjected between Christ's various adventures.

I always assumed it was horses. Or at least a donkey.

He had diabetes so no animal riding for Him.

Tracking my running stats would take the joy out of it for me.

I envy that.

There are many positives to having a record of my runs that I can look back on and learn from/relive, but I do wish that I could discard the ego and just move for movement's sake.
