Yeah, that's the part that is worrisome. Cuz say what you will but Wade has continually sacrificed to help Riley have max flexibility. If that's the case it's not a good look for a team whose only hope is to appeal to free agents.

No tax and south beach. You don't have to worry about free agency. I read something that said wade sacrificed 140 million over the years for the heat. That can't be right can it?

Idk I guess they're saying if he took the max in 2010 and then what his salary could have escalated to each time? That number sounds really high, though.

A lot of people around here are excited. It makes me so sad knowing that most fans just don't get it and this garbage approach from the front office will just continue unchecked. Nobody in the local media really even questions it. What they are doing is not good for the future of the team. They have no chance at contending. People need to wake up.

Beat writer reports Miami couldn't unload McRoberts w/o throwing in Winslow. If true then it's a no brainer to let Wade go.
