wtf is mach 1
Bassist Jeff Ament had this to say about the single: "I can’t tell you how proud I am about this group of songs. As you know, we took our time and that benefited us taking more chances.
'Dance' was a perfect storm of experimentation and real collaboration, mixing up the instrumentation and building a great song, and Ed writing some of my favorite words yet, around Matt’s killer drum pattern. Did I mention Mike’s insane guitar part and that Stone is playing bass on this one? We’ve opened some new doors creatively and that’s exciting."

Hey no problem. If you let me know what the audiophile approved method of listening to youtube is I'll be sure to change my ways.Birds in Hell wrote:Hey, I don’t listen to vinyl.bada wrote:I can picture you guys in your cubicles with your $1000 headphones, record player and vinyl really feeling every sound. I forgot all about this which I guess says.....something?. The Dave Byrne impression threw me pretty hard because it's such a iconic delivery but...it kinda works. The vibe and outro is pretty cool. I don't really care about lyrics so....I wish the band attacked their parts a little harder....not like 90's fuzz box it up more like up the intensity especially Mike...maybe its my shit computer speakers but it's not all the way there. It's the best sounding record since Riot Act. There is nothing embarrassing here....no part where I think "ugh dumb". Pretty satisfied.
Sorry, I didn’t at all intend to mock you. My surprise/horror was genuine.

OK I have a PC with two external speakers and a subwoofer. The speakers say Altec Lansing on them. Is that better than the ear buds that came with my phone?Birds in Hell wrote:Computers have headphone jacks.bada wrote:Hey no problem.
