Spaghetti with meat sauce
I’m using zucchini noodles, ground chicken and making the sauce from the canned tomatoes the oldest Weaseling used for our homemade pizzas last night.

I made this last night and it got demolished. I nailed it. Tonight I’m making traditional Irish soda bread. With chia seeds. So not so traditional.

Building a fire in the pit and cooking hot dogs and s’mores. Will also have chili for the dogs.

do you like your dogs with mustard?
one of my favorite memories of camping growing up is roasting hot dogs and dipping them directly into the jar of yellow mustard.

I do not. I put celery salt on them then some chili and cheese will go over them. Maybe some sort of hot sauce.

How do you do your green beans? We always steam, but sometimes finish in a pan with garlic and butter. So good.

I steam in a skillet and let the water evaporate and then sauté with garlic and olive oil. I like them a little more al dente so it works well.
Also, for the fish, I used second-use oil and noticed it tasted better than the first time around.
