I cut them in half and drizzle with bacon grease, season them with salt and pepper and toss come fresh minced garlic. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes. Then I make a delicious glaze to put on them. Bacon grease, balsamic, honey and maple syrup.

Wife seasoned a whole chicken and threw it in the crock pot with potatoes and carrots. Smells very earthy.
