The "Clinton funded the dossier" headline is odd to me. That's been my understanding since...I think the dossier became public knowledge. McCain initiated, Clinton continued, the FBI explored and then stopped when it became known. That was the summary from day one.

It's pretty interesting that it re-"leaked" the night Republicans open three Clinton investigations, and right after Nunes tried to subpoena the firm.

DNC heads, past and present, and Hillary's lawyers have denied it and continue to deny they knew about it.

Yes, all of that is true. But, that doesn't mean that the DNC didn't play dirty (potentially a crime) or get played by Russia in the production of the dossier. Both things can be true at the same time and both are newsworthy events. I agree the more important story is completing a full and fair investigation of the Trump campaign's ties to Russia, but no one should be getting a pass in the process.
