Blue cheese> Ranch, but ranch is alright. I like dipping chicken in ranch then bbq.

I had the avocado wedges, grits-crusted catfish sandwich and the blueberry donut bread pudding.

The avocado wedges were delicious. They had some sort of salsa-ish topping with the crawfish made of red and yellow bell peppers, jalapeño and sweet corn, all raw and my guess is marinated in that chili sauce. Really good.

The open faced catfish sandwich was unlike anything I’ve ever had. It was layered bread, greens, catfish and slaw and topped with the hot honey, made a most satisfying bite. The acidity of the slaw blended with the greens so perfectly and finished off with that hot honey just took it to another level. If I ever make it back there, it’ll be hard not to order this again.

The bread pudding was ok. Using the cake donuts, it was just too heavy. It was delicious but I could only eat a few bites.

The mood and atmosphere of the place was awesome. Apparently, they’ve had some pretty big music names play there but no one was there tonight. I’ll be back down in the Tupelo area in October, i think, and I’m going to try and talk my coworkers and boss to go there.
