Yeah that's a really good sign that a chaos theory may be realistic for GSW.

Klay took 17, steph 20 and durant 19 shots per game last year totaling 56. The warriors took 83 shots in game 7 of the finals. It would seem like something would have to give, especially when you add in draymond green taking 10 shots a game. But maybe I'm under estimating just how pathetic and subservient the ring chasers on the warriors will be. I remember seeing former NBAer Ricky Davis at a local court a lot growing up and he'd always play two on two with the same lackey and of course never lose. I also never saw his lackey take a shot, and I guess that guy was cool with it because he always 'won'? To me it just seemed pathetic.

I bet they will have a couple less shots per game. They're not as deep as they've been in the past. I can see Klay getting a lot of reps with the backups in staggered lineups.

I love that Ricky Davis story and will always be fond of him for missing a shot on the opponents' hoop so he could get that 10th board for a triple double. I don't recall if the statistician gave it to him.

not as deep yes. It will be hard to predict considering the amount of space Steph creates for people but yes there is only one ball and even though Klay plays pretty well off the ball Draymond, Steph and Durant all need the ball in there hands to do what the do best. I think the biggest issues will be on defense but if one of them gets hurt and misses significant time they will be in trouble. We all know Steph is fragile and there were a lot of times last year where I thought Durant seemed to be settling instead of going to the basket and I couldn't help but wonder if he was lacking some confidence in his foot.

I agree. Really how could his shooting get any better? He isn't going to get more athletic or become an elite defender. I don't even buy that he was that hurt in the Finals. Has he had any of the cleanup operations that were supposedly going to happen right after the season or was that just the excuse the analysts were making up for him?

I think we are in the midst of peak Curry, which given his age, is about right.

He hasn't had any surgeries because there was nothing wrong with him. There is no surgery to correct the fact he has a little bird body that wilts under high usage.

My favorite Ricky Davis story is when the Cavs drafted LeBron, Davis thought they drafted LeBron to be his sidekick.

He was the only reason to watch that team the year before LeBron arrived.

They were a disaster with Dajuan Wagner, Darius Miles and the 3-headed PG monster of Bimbo Coles, Milt Palacio and Smush Parker.

With all the wear and tear on Z's feet, it's a shame he put 81 games on them for this squad.
