I just had the best Armenian chicken and pilaf dish of my life. Buttery rice pilaf cooked with toasted angel-hair pasta, super tender chicken and an incredible mushroom sauce. Crazy good

twas a trader joe's ribeye

marinated in olive oil, salt, and pepper

turned out delish

and had some leftovers today which i chopped up with grilled onions and swiss and made a sando

I've tried it, reverse sear style. Brought it up to temp in an air fryer and then seared it on the pan. Came out pretty good, not perfect; an oven is preferable, but if the air fryer basket is big enough it should cook evenly.
