after watching the first episode of the food that built america last night - featuring the epic battle between kellogg and post - all i wanted was cereal. so, cheerios.

We watched the first season last year. Pretty interesting stuff. Looks like they have begun a new season. Good deal.

yeah, we keep as much frozen jackfruit as we do passion fruit..i like bananas but not in smoothies for some reason..my wife uses chia seeds a lot as well..
