I used to have bad anxiety and panic attacks, too, but some therapy helped and I feel much better now.

I've got a good one brewing. Just gotta get out of bed...

I barely made it to the throne this morning. Had a good cleaning out, tho.

OMG, fellas. True story from this AM.

I'm taking a dump and then notice I am very low on toilet paper. Had to do a couple wipes and then had to steal TP from my daughter's bathroom to finish the job. Oh well. It was solid. Feel really good down there.

Poop sched is off today. Nothing doing in the AM, but a couple afternoon stop n drops.

i still haven't been the same since my squid pasta

hoping that today's corned beef and cabbage gives me the right balance to resume normal operations

Nothing today. Hopefully tomorrow brings a new release.

First poop after returning from our desert trip, and it was massive. Felt like I released all that I’d eaten for the whole trip.
