The real test will be tomorrow when I go back to work.
I saw improvement on the palpitations after giving up coffee for sure. I eventually started drinking tea, and have now gone back to coffee every now and then. Moderation is big.

can't begin to tell you how much better I feel after only 11 days without drinking...ive never been much of a coffee guy and just recently had a latte and have to admit it was pretty good...regular coffee just felt like it was eating up my stomach years ago so I quit

Yeah giving up alcohol has been a huge change for the good. Caffeine has been a gradual rollback from 3 years ago when I had a super stressful job and was doing 20+ oz of coffee in the morning and two Bangs in the afternoon.

Palpitations can be pretty serious, no? I'd definitely switch to green tea and see how that goes.

I had two coffees today. A bought latte from my favorite coffee shop and homemade latte with the beans from that very same place.

Target sells Starbucks pods for the Nespresso Virtuo now. First time I’ve seen that style on shelves outside of the Nespresso store.

Ever had a 5 Hour Energy?

I had one. Like 15 years ago. Nearly died.

I had a Red Bull at 8 in the morning before a football tailgate and I couldn’t get to sleep that night.

My brother in law had a 5 hour energy and called for an ambulance because he thought he was having a heart attack. We make fun of him mercilessly.
