who will take barts place if he leaves the coffee drinker ranks?
I saw improvement on the palpitations after giving up coffee for sure. I eventually started drinking tea, and have now gone back to coffee every now and then. if i had more than 2 cups a day i feel like i'd have a heart attack. i get so jittery.dad wrote:about two weeks ago, i started cutting back on my coffee intake, from 4-5 cups/day to 2. i don't have problems with jitters or sleep. i just wanted to cut back.
saves money on beans too.

I had one. Like 15 years ago. Nearly died.
My brother in law had a 5 hour energy and called for an ambulance because he thought he was having a heart attack. We make fun of him mercilessly.
