That would be insufferable. He'd be your friend that never shuts the fuck up during the good parts.

i flipped mike & mike on this morning in the shower b/c my local sports radio took a commercial break. they too were on a commercial break. i left it on, more than likely because i forgot. mike & mike came back came on at 6:48 a.m., talked about what they just talked about in the last segment for 5 minutes, and then took another commercial break for the top of the hour. it was 6:53 a.m. the break lasted 7 minutes.
god help us when one (or both) is gone for vacation (which is 80% of the time) and they need a fill-in.
i used to love that show. now it's is just god awful.

Me either. It is usually only when I'm at a restaurant, bar, or waiting area. Never at home.

there's just so much trash. Nothing captures it more than Chris Berman doing a show on the best moments of Chris Berman's career.

Their main problem is the bulk of their daytime programming used to be highlight shows. The internet/social media has eliminated the need for that and they just have too much time to fill. Hot take culture hasn't helped things either.

Well, they could bring back live sports again, that NBC Sports and FS1 have taken over. Racing of all kinds... Hockey etc. (and Fox is employing now most of the douchebags that left ESPN for much more money)
Instead they went with the easy cheap/terrible option and they put a bunch of insulting morons on the air that can read cue cards. It's not just a bad concept, it's bad execution.
John Skipper sucks.
