Khal Drogo
He is one of the most feared Khals in history.
VS
Grey Worm
He is the best commander and warrior among the Unsullied, which led to his election.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I guess being considered one of the greatest Khals ever has more weight to it than being voted as the current Unsullied leader, but it's not great math.

The spear isn't a great single-combat weapon, either. Especially not the way the unsullied use it. They seem to fight in a phalanx formation, which derives its strength from the dicipline of the unit more than the abilities of the individual fighters. If Drogo can parry one thrust of grey worms spear he's inside its reach and it has been nullified as an offensive threat. Now grey worm either has to drop it and reach for his short sword, which takes time, or switch entirely to defending with his tiny round shield while attempting to evade. Drogo could also effectively offset the range of the spear with his whip. I don't think Grey Worm has the tools to win this.

Khal Drogo treats Grey Worm like the Panthers treated the Seahawks in the first half.
It's a mauling. Not even close.
Khal Drogo.

We talked a lot about the Unsullied and how they're basically a mirror to ancient Spartan warriors. I do think their training makes them exceptionally tough and near impossible to "break", but if they have a weakness it would be their reliance on or specialization in group fighting techniques when going against someone that has better 1v1 combat style like a Dothraki Khal.
Having said that, Grey Worm's discipline afforded him a win over the loose and arrogant Bronn, though that was basically a coin flip and I'm probably the least certain of that pick over all of my others.
I don't like that Drogo doesn't wear armor, but the arakh is killer on the inside of that spear like you said, and his reputation as one of the most feared of all time is what gave him the edge in my mind.
I feel like I can still be swayed though.

Sandor Clegane
Jaime Lannister notes that what makes the Hound so dangerous is not only his immense strength and brutality, but the fact that he is far quicker than a man his size has any right to be.
"Here's a brave man, baring steel on an unarmed captive. Untie me, why don't you? We'll see how brave you are then."
VS
Areo Hotah
He is a fearsome fighter, and utterly destroys Ser Arys Oakheart, a trained knight of the Kingsguard, in a brief battle.
"Protect. Serve. Obey. Simple vows for a simple man."
