i thought it was kind of cheesy, specially when they approach to Trent, but i mean, NIN is kinda cheesy so its alright.
Im exited about the album and the re-worked versions, and also about Trent saying he is already working in new music.

Ohhhhhh come on!!! The trilogy shits all over this.
Been a hard few years as a nin fan, the tron fiasco and now this.
It’s not all bad but it could have been so much more.

Total opposite for me since this is the only NIN release since Year Zero (and even that I don't love) I find myself coming back to. Stuff like Hesitation Marks and The Slip I listened to once, shrugged, and never thought about again.

those two remain as a favorite for me. Loved them and i love those eras too.
I also saw NIN live during the slip tour and they were brutal

The TRON record was pretty patchy (although it did have a couple great tunes scattered throughout). The trilogy was really impressive, would have made a terrific proper major NIN work if they chose to record and release it that way. The Slip was of limited value to me. Ghosts and the fleet of Reznor soundtrack works have almost all been great to excellent. Hesitation Marks is easily one of my very favourite NIN releases, no skips whatsoever.
As for the Noize project, I think it's fun and sits comfortably alongside any other NIN remix/collab release but I probably won't return to it all that often unless I'm thirsting for that specific contemporary reading of old tracks vibe.
Very interested in seeing which direction the next NIN record takes. Hoping it hits the Nov/Dec release window but realistically it will be with us in 2027.

Did not realize
TRON and the remix album were released as Halos.
Listening to
The Slip for the first time in a while, certainly quite NIN-by-numbers. I do enjoy the trilogy and listen to those albums relatively often.

I was with LV until he shit on Hesitation Marks. That album slaps, feed him to the wolves.
