A lot of my progress seems to coincide with my decision to bring a half gallon of biosteel with me to work every day.

Nice, you are definitely losing right now. Keep it up. Dropping a ton of water weight, which probably feels good.

Lenny, 145 to 113 doesn't seem healthy, dude.
He probably took O O O Ozempic!

The more hydrated you are the less water your body hangs onto. So, that makes sense. I had to google that stuff to see what it was.

That's why drinking at least eight glasses of water per day helps. Feel more full and you are giving your body what it needs

Seems like you've hit a plateau.

That means some days you have to eat a lot , some days you have to eat less

That's right

I'm invested in this thread please thank you

Coach wrote:Tough weigh-in today at 153.7. The extra poundage has to be from eating too late. No worries, today should be a more normally timed sequence of meals.
I'm thinking there might be some worries

As long as I stay in the low 150s I’m happy.

152.1 - a nice weigh-in on a Sunday. Some fruit for breakfast and a homemade iced Americano to kick start the day. Plan to jog a bit while my kiddo rides her bike today.

Dude.....you are on a roll!

I did not know that you are British. My ancestors are from Ireland, Germany, Italy and came to America later, so they did not fight against you guys in '76. :peace:

I am also 6’1” … got fatty fat over winter clocking in at like 188 … but the last two months been focusing on eating more fiber, and doing more exercise - mostly pushups, situps, and bike rides … After knocking off the initial easy weight, I was crusing near 180 for a bit but within the last two weeks finally broke through to the next level… this morning I clocked in at 176.2 lbs … which I was pretty psyched about given that I had a pretty loose dietary day yesterday that included a Five Guys burger at lunch, and a quarter of a cheesesteak at dinner… knock on wood my metabolism has returned, but i should not test it like that that often… getting below 175 not going to be easy, but I still have some pockets of office fat to burn off so will focus on those…

Your BMI is healthy at 23.24, so be proud of that and keep up the good work.

Fuck, I'm jealous of all these 6-foot-1 people :haha:

I could never fast, but if you are able to stop eating at dinner then chill and sleep you are basically doing that and it pays off.

If I eat late night, I try to make it fruits or veggies.

I was on work travel Friday and was with a person i've literally seen twice in my life, both times of which were 5 years ago. She looked shocked that I'd lost a lot of weight. I can't believe she even remembered what I looked like then. But that is why I do this. To receive compliments from people I may or may not ever see again.
