Federal prosecutors fail to get a grand jury to indict the guy who threw a submarine sandwich at a CBP officer on the streets of DC. The cliche goes that a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich, but I guess if you throw that ham sandwich at a cop, you're good

I’m not surprised nothing came of it, but even with all the speculation lately, this is the first time there was a noticeable chunk of people who seemed convinced it was happening. I wouldn’t say any account that I saw post about it was a newsworthy source, but then again I recall The Rock breaking the news that Bin Laden was killed. I stayed up for an extra 90 minutes last night because I didn’t want to miss it in the off chance that something was actually brewing.
