That pic is definately a full recording set-up. Not something for a solo album or demo, as we have seen those before on his instagram.

Allthough BOB prefers to work in his own LA Henson studios, its not unlikely the band didnt want to go to LA and flew him in.
But maybe you're right and the are working with someone else.
