Well they are two completely different mediums so much like a novel to film I don't go the competition route but indeed it is a pretty high bar to be a competent adaptation.wease wrote:There’s no way it’ll live up to the book.oasisfan35 wrote:I'm really trying to temper my excitement for The Sandman.wease wrote:That’s disappointing. Still getting through Flight Attendant. Strange show... no idea where this is going and only 2 episodes left.

Wellington Paranormal has stepped it up another notch once again in Season 3. The cast/writers/etc are fully firing on all cylinders now.
Also started a rewatch of Succession in preparation for S03. I love this show even more than I remembered.

You’re not wrong. We’ve got a couple more Eps left in the first season. Fantastic.epilogue wrote:wease wrote:We’re up to S1E6. Very much enjoying this.epilogue wrote:It's totally fine. S2 feels weird. This first episode is all over the place. Odd structure. And even more on the nose (if that's possible). But I liked S1 enough to see where we're goin in S2.![]()
Good. It's really solid from where you're at to the end. The back half is better than the front half.

Holy shit Clickbait is horrible. Feels like it was written by someone who has only heard of the internet from news articles

Finished The Flight Attendant. I enjoyed it but it was so all over the place I doubt I’ll even remember it in a month. I still don’t get what the point of Perez’s character or plot line was.

almost done with my Sopranos rewatch. has there ever been a more literary television show? (i ask as someone whose favorite television series is Deadwood & someone who thinks The Wire is the "best" series ever).
