Doing our annual shrimp supper tonight, which was usually during lent when we lived stateside. Picking up 3 lbs of shrimp, cocktail sauce, coleslaw, marble rye, and Dove bars for dessert. An annual family tradition started by my late grandmother decades ago.

Cooking a 13 pound glazed ham. Roasted taters, whipped sweet taters, brussel sprouts, leeks in sauce. Elegant Farmer caramel apple pie for dessert.

We had beans, cornbread, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, salmon patties, corn on the cob, kraut, sliced onion and Mrs Wease made a delicious chess pie for dessert
