Honestly I will get frustrated and jealous when a RMer takes up running for the first time and can run a 25:00 5k after a few months.

Correct. Someone that’s already in shape somewhat I’m sure. Granted I definitely wasn’t when I started, but I still feel like it’s taken a long time to make gains.

All that being considered, I’d go with Argo

I might be tempted to say flavdave could probably do it too.
