Read the thread.
I was wondering why we apparently haven't increased testing capacity since March. This is one possible explanation why: we never incentivised real increased capacity. If a test 'result' is transmitted, a payment is forthcoming. I hope the claims about fake results aren't true, but I'm not optimistic.

And half of those schools either don't have enough PPE, or are not following the social distancing guidelines. My friend's son's school sent a memo to parents that any child that post photos of the school to social media could face suspension.

Well I have a degree from Kent State University so that's how you know not to listen to anyone from there.
Except sociology professor Dr. Jerry Lewis, he is a great historian in regards to the May 4th incident.
