I think for everybody who is rooting against the Warriors last night was the peak of the season. It's all downhill from here. I wish I had stayed up and watched it.

The game last night was a reminder of how much I missed the NBA. Lots of high quality play by the Spurs. The Jazz/Blazers game was a lot of fun too.

I had the Knicks/Cavs on in the background as I did schoolwork and flipped between that and hte World Series. My main takeaway was that LeBron is an incredible passer.

I'm gonna miss most if not all of the Heat game tonight.

Lebron was clearly engaged last night. He was picking his spots to go turbo, but man o man, there's no one like him when he goes for it.

I'm really curious if decides to take the regular season seriously enough to win MVP again. Voters are definitely primed and ready to give it to him if he does.

My MVP picks is either Harden, Kawhi, or Lebron. I look for Kawhi to have more games like last night. Lebron will continue to pick his spots.

I have Russ and LeBron as co-favorites with Kawhi 3rd.

I kinda think that since LeBron has successfully made him versus Jordan a real conversation maybe he chases a 5th or 6th MVP a little harder because he isn't likely to ever catch MJ on rings so he'd need to bolster his case in other ways.

We found one guy who doesn't want Westbrook to be MVP:

I see Harden isn't even going to feign playing defense for one or two games at the beginning of the season.

I think the Lakers are going to be kind of fun this year. Not good, but fun.

Also, I hope Anthony Davis stays healthy this year. People forget that he is really damn good.

It doesn't help that he plays for the Pelicans
