I was wondering. How much did you walk?
A lot! I know I went four minutes before I started walking. Then I would switch run/walk the rest of the way. If I'm reading the Strava chart correctly, it looks like I took five walking jags, but it felt like more.
That’s a really amount of time to go without walking. Took me forever to get that far. I know you’re more in shape now than I was at the time though. I think you’ll make good gains somewhat quickly

Five walking jags sounds like a great name for...something.

I don’t even know what that means.

He's probably talking about the pace graph or heart rate graph or cadence graph on a typical run/ walk activity on Strava.

Contextually I figured it had to be something like that. My best guess was just a fancy Albany word for intervals.

I’m walking today, long run tomorrow.

This is not a competition, but if it was it would be

The Albanian vs. The Alabamian

This looks like a fun race where you guys can jag at each other for five kilometers. Google tells me that Lynchburg is roughly halfway between Alabama and Albany so it's about as neutral of a course as you can get. It's in June so Argo should be ready. You get to run over a historic bridge!

The Point of Honor 5k in Lynchburg looks like good fun too, but I don't think Asher can get ready by then.

I could probably go out again today, but my legs are still a little sore (I've been limping all weekend, lol). I'm going to wait. And it's going to be terrifically cold tomorrow, so maybe not til Tuesday. I think my plan is to do eight to ten sets of two minutes on two minutes off

You don't have to do this.
