There is no way that can be anything approaching "ultimate" when the two methods you used are scrambled and overhard.

Alright how about this...

Whisk some eggs and cook in a pan in sort of a thin layer, like your making an omelette. Let is cook through so that it's basically like a tortilla. Then scramble some eggs, some bacon. Add those to the egg tortilla, put some cheese in there, and roll it up.

I call it the Keto Burrito.

Just do it without the extra eggs and add avocado or something. (I’d say add potatoes too, but you said Keto, so…)

Chicken thighs tonight. I think I’ll mince two of the them and stuff that between the skin and meat of the other two then roast.

I'm going to get two slices of monterey cheese and use them as bread and put a slice of cheddar in the middle then grill it. A true grilled cheese.

I ate at two places that were probably the are the epitome of my dining experiences for the year while in Myrtle Beach.

Boundry House - Grilled chicken in fettucini and alfredo sauce, a chefs salad and some garlic bread. Was very good and I am pretty sure I was a big boy and finished it all.

Martinis - a bit ritzier in selection and price. Had the Chicken Parm with fettuchini and alfredo and another chef salad. Didn't finish off the noodles but the chicken parm was amazing. most of our group got the prime rib and gave it 20 out of 10 stars (it is what they are known for). If you happen to be in the area definitely check it out. Cannot recommend it enough.
