"As a generation we are individualistic, we are concerned with ourselves, our job security, our paycheck. What's good for me? Not what's good for everyone, what's good for me right now, today?" Leasure explained to us at her sorority house, where she's vice president. "A lot of people forget that that's what the Republican party is about."
Ugh. Fuck off.

No one forgets that's what the Republican Party is about. That's how I teach my kids the difference between the two parties.

"Democrats think everyone should work together so that everyone has a chance to do well. Republicans think everyone should just take care of themselves." :D

Honestly that's the kind of thing where you can read it either way. I mean, if you're a racist, how can you be comfortable with a monkey kissing your preferred commander-in-chief? Jesus, might as well just not vote if the monkeys want him to be in power. What kind of precedent are you setting voting for a monkey-loving president?

Ok, I think I'm done now.

Nope:

PURITY, DAMIT.

So, today Melania Trump was stumping for her husband and declared she'll do everything she can as First Lady to fight cyberbullying.

Yes. Donald Trump's wife will put an end to cyberbulling.

Is step one deleting her husband's Twitter account?

Absent from all of this is any discussion about the cost of this to Wikileaks. Historically, their supporters in the US trended young and college educated. Tech workers in particular skewed more favorable than the average.

These are groups that are, in general, supporting the candidate they are currently pursuing.

So the trump campaign are running a text message campaign pretending to be the Clinton campaign telling people they can vote by text. They're probably taking the money from the texts too.

Surely this is illegal?

Seems like a bunch of Trump supporters doing this, not the campaign.

(Perhaps they're taking cues from the conduct of the Australian Labor Party...)

You mean like the last three elections that had everyone promising something big is coming?

I'd agree with you but the events happening this cycle seem angrier than usual. Even more so than when the "angry black man" ran and won twice.

Anyone who thinks you can vote by text probably shouldn't have the right to vote anyway.
