Actually, 2005 - 2011.

2003 ticket sales used money orders.
2004 used Ticketmaster pre sales.

but there were never high-demand sales like this or pj.com ticketing purchasing until 2004-5. i remember the f5 marathons in 2006 with magically disappearing and reappearing BUY buttons and white screens, and pretty sure that was the case in 2005 for the philly show if not others as well. for whatever reason, the 10c just haven't fully thrown in to making the site run smoothly during high traffic events even as their subscriber base appears to have grown significantly over that same time frame.

the icon or page to buy never reappeared, but if you still had it in your cart there was a time where the "this item not available in selected quantity" message disappeared and you could process the transaction.

i just two order confirmation emails...so I guess it did go through.
now, they will probably cancel both since it will appear I tried to get two.

Mine was just removed from my cart. 5.5 hours later.

pretty lame. I had that exact thing happening to me and I stopped refreshing after dealing with the whole thing for an hour. I started to feel pathetic after hit the refresh button a few hundred times and seeing the same message. Totally worse knowing that hitting a few more times probably would have worked. I saw on the Porch or whatever that some people took it out of their cart and then went back to the featured items and went through processing without a problem. I'm sure most people will get one good one and one copy of backspacer or lighting bolt.

so for $11 shipping it will take almost two weeks for delivery.

so they set expectations low on the estimated delivery. got mine today.
