Two different things for different purposes, but yeah I think it is. Buc-ee's is overrated. Love's is a more authentic experience as far as way too big truck stops go. Buc-ee's has good products but it's way too kitsch.

Never been to Aldi and no, I did not go to Alki on the first sunny day we’ve since like August.

Love’s is my favorite. I go to it exclusively if given the choice. I have a Buc-ee’s coffee mug though, and their brisket sandwich was decent for an 10:00 dinner on the road

Great, but just a bit dry. I was doing a bunch of other stuff, so didn’t monitor temp as closely as usual.

I’ve been using Famous Dave’s rib rub lately, because my wife likes it and prefers her ribs dry. I basted my ribs in a Carolina mustard sauce this time, to change things up.
