congrats..we're having a zoom call today with our realtor in California about selling the beach house..just bending her ear and maybe do a pocket listing or something..

yes, but both of us are getting to the spot where we just want to unload it..there's nothing available and its basically doubled in value since we bought it in 2015..plus sick and tired of California property tax and hiked up insurance rates

my wife was in LA today and met our realtor at our place..they said they could sell it in 2 days whenever we're ready..I think we'll give the renter a couple months notice..
