cortizone didn't give me much relief at all. but docs are talking about injecting it into a different spot. i'm mattress shopping as we type.
the kicker is because of my drug addiction (which i tell every doc about, as well as the scrambled egg brain), they aren't prescribing me pain meds.
i am the narrator of me & my arrow, but there are multiple arrows -- one in my foot, one in my calf, one in my hamstring, one in my ass, one in my lower back. me and my arrows

I know the walking part is the easiest and one of the more effective things to do, just need to force myself to do it. The talking to a friend part is a bit more complicated.
