aren't they supposed to be in the studio right now finishing this thing (I've been assuming this demo disc is from the older songs they've finished but who knows), or is that in April? I can't keep my timeline straight anymore.

They scrapped previous recordings and started over. Expected release date: between 2016 and 2021.

BO'B is in Seattle right now. He hosted that pj radio thing the other night.
Safe to assume they're hard at it.
Plus Mike hasn't tweeted pics of him buying groceries or anything, so obviously they're hard at it in the studio.
Must be lots of leads on his record hehe.

man I hope so. I missed his leads on Backspacer. Interestingly enough, the two songs that actually had them I didn't really like. I liked his patterns though. The bit he plays at the end of FoN is wonderful
