I could watch/listen to Isbell play guitar and tell stories all day

Yeah, not perfect though. That thing is a jack of all, master of none. I have never owned a strat and want one badly. Gonna be hard to get past the goalie after buying the amp. Been looking at the player series, so the $ won't sound as bad when I pitch it.

Got to test all the guitars through it and this thing is a fuckin keeper. That cheap ass Ibanez doesn't do it justice.

I bought a $350 feature packed bass that strat will call ugly. I think I've mentioned it before, but the bass I had was so fucked up. Like trying fret rebar over train tracks and the truss rod was broken. This thing is so easy to play.

Home recording folks what are you using for an interface? I’ve been rocking an old Tascam US-122l 2 channel usb interface that was out of date when I bought it 10 years ago. Been looking at upgrading to something new in the +/- $200 range. Thinking Scarlett 2i2 or similar but I’d like to hear what others are using.
I’ve also been gassing over the Two Notes Torpedo captor and just recording the amps that I have on hand direct instead of doing amp sims.
I do plan to do both eventually but i figure I need to upgrade the interface first.
It's on the cheaper side, but I've had no problems with it and two inputs is more than enough for a jackass in his bedroom studio. Serves as my soundcard, too. Nothing special, but it works.
