I know our Offense is pretty brutal but that comes down to the Offensive Line in most cases. We are still a 5-2 team. This is odd. What a crazy season its been.

Your o-line is a wreck. But you don't have a bad team. Hopefully this move fixes some things behind the scenes and you guys can get back on track. I still think you have a great chance of going deep into the post season.

Norv has always been an excellent OC, it's being an HC where he's struggled.

And to even be fair there, he's had some bad luck getting bounced from DC when Snyder took over the team, going to peak Raider circus mode, and then the perennially limited Chargers.

Why do you hate him? As a Broncos fan I'm glad he was never able to take the Raiders or Chargers to the next level, I figured a Chiefs fan would concur.

I appreciate how terrible he is, yes. That's totally true. I absolutely appreciate his failures. And I love seeing him fail again and again. Which is why I think the Vikes are better off without him. I got no beef with the Vikes. And I'd love to see them get better.

I'm not saying my blind hatreds are rational. But I tend to hate rivals regardless of any other factors. It's mostly in fun and keeping with the lighthearted aspects of rivalries in sports (I don't actually hate the guy). I don't want him dead or anything.

Norv's offense has only worked when it has players good enough to make almost any offense work. At the very least you need a great O-line, and the Vikes' is probably the worst in the league. Norv in Minnesota was kind of doomed from the start IMO.

Starting to look more and more like Charles is done. At the very least as a Chief.

That's gonna suck if that's the case. He's been so much fun to watch.

They do. And I'm certainly not complaining on that end. But I will miss him if this is really it. He was one of my all time favorite Chiefs.
