I think that whole album and tour is criminally underrated by his fans. I'm still staggered that Bruce released a country album in 05, a traditional folk album in 06 and a massive rock album in 07 (and toured behind all three with different bands/solo). 2002-2008 was a great time to be a Bruce fan.

I don't see why not. I don't even remember specifying studio tracks. So if there's a live only, non-studio, track you like, grab that one.

Specifically a live official release of a cover song.. the original version is classic but I'd imagine Bruce made the song as famous as it is today

No worries, man. I just really thought everyone would pass on it, and if that really played out that way, then I'd take it. I love the Waits version way more. I was going to do it as a nod to Waits and because my knowledge of Bruce's catalog is so narrow. But I've been expanding what I know over the course of this thing so I don't mind not taking it. I'm glad SOMEONE took it though. It's a great song and a great cover.

You should check out Bruce's cover of Stayin' Alive from a few years ago. It is great.
