Don't hurt your body.
I didn't go out today, coach. Sorry.

It's okay. There's always tomorrow or next week.

I have no idea how I should train for a race.

Will one of you record me running to analyze and critique my form?

I can't record myself! I need one of you to do it for me.

I actually just found a few pics from a race last year. Can't tell much from them though. Other than the stupid look on my face :?

Did 3 average miles. I'm disappointed in my lack of progress this month, sans one PR. I may need to reevaluate my goal for my race at the end of April.

Did a 14km run just now.
Average pace of 10km per hour. I'm happy with that

Ending up with a very light week, but that's mostly because I'm doing a 20 mile bike ride event tomorrow.

I got fitted and tried Guides at first, but they were just too heavy for me. I do need support, so had to find something more neutral. I want to try Kinvara's next.

Had one of my better 4 milers today. I just decided to go a little slower than normal and walk less, but other than the 3rd mile I must have been going faster than I realized. I'm too tired to look up my previous times, but I think it was my second fastest and I didn't even try to finish overly strong either.

I've been reading the Kinvara 13 is basically the same as the 12. You can probably score some 12s on sale. I know Reid liked the 12s.
